Hand-made HSS large scraper by Matthieu Coulanges (www.matthieucoulanges.fr).
The short, 8cm-long handle is made from hand-turned walnut. It is ergonomically designed for a secure, controlled grip.
The triangular large HSS (High Speed Steel) blade is 4,7mm wide and 32mm long.
HSS steel offers:
- Sharpness of cut
- High resistance to wear
- Excellent cutting properties
The tool is fitted with a soft plastique cap.
