UV exposure unit - with vacuum - A4 (355 mm x 260 mm exposure area)

Vacuum exposure provides optimum definition.
Unlike pressure-buffered units, the AZ series of machines uses a vacuum to ensure that the transparency and the material to be exposed are kept in perfect contact.
The vacuum system consists of a rubber frame that presses against a glass plate, allowing a flexible membrane to press against the glass plate.
An adjustable timer selectable from 0 to 999 seconds is fitted to give the operator a wide range of exposure times.
The machine is also equipped with a vacuum gauge to check the vacuum level before activating the UV tubes. Vacuum down to -0.5 bar.
All units are fitted with an IEC socket and a 13-amp moulded plug.
Special fluorescent lamps (actinic UV tubes) emit a wavelength of 350 to 400 nm (UV A).
