Transparent plastic plates (Polypropylene), 0,5mm thick.

They are flexible, non-brittle (unlike Plexiglas) and economical.
Their transparency makes it easy to engrave according to a preparatory drawing positioned underneath.
This transparency also makes it easy to engrave in several plates, one per color.
