Soft ground in cylindrical block of 16g ( 7cm / diameter 15mm)

The soft ground is applied to the plate with a dabber or a brayer. The plate has to be warmed up (on a hotplate for example).
It is spread evenly until a thin, even layer is obtained.
The plate must be completely cooled before the "pencil technique" or material imprints.
