Vélin d’Arches 160gsm

Vélin d’Arches 160gsm is a premium fine art paper, made of 100% cotton and mould-made (cylinder mould), ensuring a perfectly even distribution of fibres in every direction.

This traditional manufacturing method guarantees exceptional dimensional stability, ideal for printmaking techniques such as lithography, intaglio, letterpress, embossing, screen printing, drawing or gilding.
During printing, the positioning of the dampened sheet is made easier and the paper withstands multiple passes under the press without distortion.

This paper, watermarked “Arches® France”, with four deckle edges and a pronounced fine grain, is available in natural white.
A prestige paper, it is permanent, acid-free, free of optical brighteners, and benefits from ISO 14001 environmental certification.
